Blue-Eyes Decks rely on sheer power of their monsters to win the Duel. Not a lot of monsters can match a barrage of monsters with 3000 ATK or even higher, sometimes having effects that protect the signature monster, Blue-Eyes White Dragon.

1 Normal Summon The White Stone of Ancients.
2 Activate Sage with Eyes of Blue to send The White Stone of Ancients and itself to the Graveyard, to Special Summon Dragon Spirit of White from the Deck. You can banish a Spell/Trap if the opponent controls one.
3 Reveal a copy of Blue-Eyes White Dragon from the hand to Special Summon Blue-Eyes Alternative White Dragon from the hand.
4 If the opponent has a monster on the field, activate Blue-Eyes Alternative White Dragon to destroy a monster the opponent controls.
5 At the End Phase, the effect of The White Stone of Ancients will trigger, and Special Summon Blue-Eyes Abyss Dragon from the Deck.
6 Upon being Special Summoned, activate the effect of Blue-Eyes Abyss Dragon and seach out either Polymerization or Chaos Form.
Blue-Eyes Alternative White Dragon
Blue-Eyes Alternative White Dragon Blue-Eyes Alternative White Dragon simply needs to reveal a copy of its original counterpart, Blue-Eyes White Dragon, to be Special Summoned on the field. It also has the added benefit of being able to destroy a monster the opponent controls, in trade for not being able to attack that turn.
Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Blade Dragon
Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Blade Dragon Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Blade Dragon can be Xyz Summoned easily after bringing out Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon. On top of being able to destroy a card once per turn, it has a floating effect that brings back Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon on the field if this card gets destroyed.
Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon
Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon Neo-Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon is the retrained version of Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, and can be easily Fusion Summoned with Dragon's Mirror if all three copies of Blue-Eyes White Dragon are in the Graveyard. Considered a last resort, this card has the option of attacking two more times, if this is the only monster on the player's field.
Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon
Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon is a Synchro Monster option for the Deck, providing immunity from targeted card effectss to all Dragon-type monsters the player controls. It also resurrects a Normal Monster from the Graveyard every turn, and Blue-Eyes White Dragon just so happens to be a Normal Monster.
Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon
Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon is a last-resort option for the Deck as a Ritual Monster. It cannot be destroyed by card effect, it is immune from card destruction effects, and deals double piercing damage whenever it attacks a monster in Defense Position.
Number 38: Hope Harbinger Dragon Titanic Galaxy
Number 38: Hope Harbinger Dragon Titanic Galaxy Number 38: Hope Harbinger Dragon Titanic Galaxy is an Xyz Monster that has close to the same stats in both ATK and DEF as a regular Blue-Eyes White Dragon. Easy to summon in this Deck due to frequent summons of Level 8 monsters, this card can negate and absorb Spell Cards once a turn, and can redirect attacks towards other cards to itself.
Lord of D.
Lord of D. A cheap way to protect your Dragons from targeted card effects would be to bring out Lord of D. This lets you access support like The Flute of Awakening Dragon that can Special Summon up to 2 Dragon-type monsters from your hand, and King Dragun which can provide protection and Special Summon abilities in one card.
Dragon Shrine
Dragon Shrine Dragon Shrine functions as a Dragon-exclusive Foolish Burial, but it also lets you toss another Dragon if the first one was a Normal Monster. This can be a one-card combo to send a copy of Blue-Eyes White Dragon and The White Stone of Ancients to the Graveyard in a single card.
Stamping Destruction
Stamping Destruction Stamping Destruction's only requirement is to have a Dragon-type monster on the player's side of the field. Activating this lets them destroy one Spell or Trap Card the opponent controls, and they receive a bit of burn damage afterwards.
Strength in Unity
Strength in Unity Strength in Unity banishes a card from the opponent's Graveyard whenever you Ritual Summon or Fusion Summon using Blue-Eyes White Dragon as material. You also have the option to send said copy of Blue-Eyes White Dragon either to the hand or to be shuffled back to the Deck.
The Ultimate Creature of Destruction
The Ultimate Creature of Destruction The Ultimate Creature of Destruction grants a Blue-Eyes monster immunity from card effects, safety from being destroyed by battle, and monsters it attacks is destroyed at the end of the Battle Step. This card can even Set itself from the Graveyard while a Blue-Eyes monster is on the player's field.

A good Buster Blader Deck benefits from Blue-Eyes as a whole, and its boss monster in Buster Blader, the Dragon Destroyer Swordsman, gets stronger for ever Dragon-type monster on the field and in the Graveyard, with 1000 ATK per Dragon meeting the requirement. It can even deal with Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon in raw ATK alone when set up right.

HERO Decks have extremely potent ways of getting around a Blue-Eyes' effects, whether it's through Quick-Play Spells like Mask Change and Super Polymerization, or with disrupting monsters like Masked HERO Dark Law (automatically banishes any card sent to the GY), Elemental HERO Wild Tornado (halves the ATK of all opponent's monsters), or Evil HERO Malicious Bane (destroys all monsters with ATK less than this card).

HERO Deck List and Card Guide

Dragon-based decks have the common trait of using the Graveyard as a secondary resource, and Blue-Eyes are one of the more prolific examples. Having Gravekeeper's signature Field Spell Necrovalley shuts down the ability for the Deck to rely on the Graveyard, then Gravekeeper's Supernaturalist can deal with monsters afterwards.

Other than Dragon Spirit of White or a quirky addition of Burst Stream of Destruction, Traptrix can easily stop the offensive power of a Blue-Eyes Deck with the constant stream of Trap Cards, especially Trap Hole effects. Special Summoned monsters from Blue-Eyes will suffer from the Deck not having enough back row clearing power to deal with Traptrix.

Traptrix Deck List and Card Guide

While most of the Main Deck Monsters can easily most of the Raidraptor monsters, Raidraptors can easily get one of their Xyz Monsters to constantly Rank Up until they can get to bring out Satellite Cannon Falcon and especially Ultimate Falcon.

Raidraptor Deck List and Card Guide

Effect Veiler
Effect Veiler Effect Veiler will aboslutely wreck some of the effects of the staple monsters, like The White Stone of Ancients, and Sage with Eyes of Blue.
The Winged Dragon of Ra - Sphere Mode
The Winged Dragon of Ra - Sphere Mode Be weary when you end your turn with three monsters on the field; three monsters from the opponent are the tribute requirements to bring out The Winged Dragon of Ra - Sphere Mode.
Solemn Judgment
Solemn Judgment Solemn Judgment wrecks just about any Special Summon or effect activation the Deck can make, all preventing the player from getting a single Dragon on the field for mere presence. They will have a hard time to respond to this card by nature of Solemn Judgment being a Counter Trap.
Necrovalley
Necrovalley As aformentioned above, Necrovalley locks down the Graveyard from having effects trigger in there, or just making cards move out of the Graveyard. Fusion Summons and general Special Summons will be impossible unless Necrovalley is off the field.
Chaos Trap Hole
Chaos Trap Hole A cheeky and super-specific counter against Blue-Eyes, Chaos Trap Hole will be dangerous to all the (Special) Summoned mosnters from this Deck for having the Light attribute. Even worse, it banishes them instead of sending to the Graveyard.
